Retrieving a Forgotten Username or Password
If you have forgotten your username or password:
1. If you are not there already, go to the Domain Name Auction home page in your web browser.
2. Click the Forgot Username/Password link below the Manage Your Account section. The Forgot Username or Password page opens.
3. Enter and re-enter your email address, then click the Continue button.
The Forgot Username or Password (Confirmation) page opens. The service sends an email message to the login email address containing your username and a link to change your password.
