Updating Personal Contact Information

Your user page allows you to change your contact information. A breadcrumb is provided near the top of the page so that you can readily identify your location in the service.

To update your personal contact information:

1. If you are not there already, go to the Domain Name Auction home page in your web browser.

2. In the Manage Your Account section, enter your username and password, then click the Login button. Your auction account page opens.

3. Do one of the following:

At the top of the page, click the Your Account button.

In the Your Account section, click the Update your account and Login information link.

The Your Account page opens.

4. Scroll down to the Customer Information or Address Information section. Change your personal contact information as required, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button.

If the update is successful, a page opens displaying a confirmation message.

If the update is not successful, a message appears in red text.
