What is your Refund Policy?
We will refund your Premium Domain(s) up to 6 months after purchase. Contact our domain support department by email or by placing a support ticket into our system (through your members area).
In order for your domain to be eligible for refund it must first be placed on the TUCOWS-CA IPS tag. You will then have your payment returned, minus any transaction costs incurred by e3internet (including PayPal transaction fees).
